Sometimes we just don’t know what we might be in the mood for or we’re limited on time.

But that shouldn’t stop you from being able to enjoy a wholesome meal.

Here’s what you get:

  • pasta
  • ramen noodles
  • seasoned black beans
  • roasted all-american vegetables consisting of:
    • carrots, 
    • broccoli, 
    • cauliflower
    • potatoes,
  • roasted root vegetables consisting of:
    • butternut squash, 
    • beets
    • brussel sprouts, 
  • crispy tofu (or your choice of pescatarian or vegetarian protein), 
  • chickpea salad
  • tofu eggless salad
  • sautéed voodles ( zucchini, squash and carrot noodles)
  • soup of choice
  • mixed fruit bowl (seasonal)
  • crisp, raw veggies 

Everything is prepared, portioned, and ready to throw together at a moment’s notice.
