Best Ever Homemade Hummus!


  • 1-15oz can chickpeas
  • 1/2 tspn cumin
  • 1/2 tspn cayenne
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic


Reserve 1/4 cup of chickpea liquid otherwise drain and rinse and add to food processor. Add all the following ingredients and process until creamy, scraping the sides as necessary.

Slowly drizzle in chickpea liquid (you can, alternatively, use Extra Virgin Olive Oil) until nice and smooth.

Add to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh parsley and extra lemon juice.
